Link） Please refer to the table below to
check the registration fee that suites you.
Authors are request to finish the
registration before the deadline, when they
have received their paper acceptance.
Authors who have not registered will have
their paper removed from the program and the
proceedings.
本次注册为线上注册，请相关作者收到通知书后于注册截止日期前完成注册并提交注册资料反馈，如注册截止后仍未收到反馈，则相关文章将不能提交出版流程也不能安排报告。如有特殊问题，请及时联系会议秘书报备。

▆ Registration Notice 注册须知

1. Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author is a student with student card. 学生价格只提供给第一作者为学生的文章，注册时需提供如学生证照片等证明

If the length of the paper exceeds 6 pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 US dollars/ 400RMB. 文章超出6页部分从第6页开始将收取每页400元的超页费，请严格按照文章终稿的格式进行编辑和修改终稿。

2. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Charges (350US Dollars / 2500 RMB) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration. 每篇全文注册只涵盖1篇文章和1本免费论文集，相同第一作者的第二篇文章开始可享受优惠注册价格2500 RMB/篇。

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for publication and presentation. 每篇文章需有1位作者进行原价注册即文章发表和参会报告的价格。

4. Accompanying person should register as a listener to attend the conference. 合作作者或者陪同人员需注册听众才能参加会议。

5. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side. 如果使用银行转账付款，付款人需承担银行手续费。

6. Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. 现场注册只适用于听众注册。

7. Take care of all your important belongings at any time. The conference organizer or the staff onsite have no responsibility for the loss of your personal possessions. 请随身携带和保管好贵重物品，如有遗失会议组不承担任何责任或赔偿损失。

8. Once you register successfully, your registration will be confirmed within 2-3 working days by the conference secretary via email. If you don't receive any feedback, please contact us.注册成功后请务必邮件通知会议秘书，只有收到会议秘书的确认邮件您的注册才算成功，若在2-3个工作日内未收到任何反馈，请邮件电话或者微信再次联系我们。

attend our conference as listeners.

2. Finish the payment of Registration fee by
Credit Card or Bank Transfer 通过线上信用卡付款或者银行转账完成注册

无论您的现场注册还是提前完成注册请于8月15日前完成线上注册表填写，以便会务组收集相关信息准备现场资料。

▆ Refund Policy | 退款政策
We understand that things
will be out of control sometimes, which will
cause your absence. If you cannot attend the
conference for some specific reasons, we
advise that you can find your Co-author or
someone who get familiar with this paper to
instead of you to attend. If you meet
irreconcilable difficulties to withdraw the
paper and registration, you need to submit
the written application to the conference
secretary by email. The handling fee will be
charged, which will be based on the time and
paper publication procedure.
Cancellations received before May 20, 30USD
will be charged;
Cancellations received before June 20, 30%
service fee will be charged
Cancellations received before July 20, 50%
service fee will be charged
Cancellations received after July 20, No
refunds are accepted.

All best endeavors will be made to present the program as published on the Conference website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans, conference date and place or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
