We are excited to gather in the picturesque Linzhi, Tibet, to jointly welcome the grand opening of the 12th International Communication and Broadband Network Conference. As the organizer of this conference, Tibet University has been committed to basic theoretical and applied research in the field of network transmission and digital governance on the Tibetan Plateau. We hope that through this conference, we can further strengthen cooperation with domestic and foreign colleges, scientific research institutions, and enterprises, further promote the transformation and application of scientific research results in the Tibet region, and jointly promote the development of network and information technology.
我们很开心齐聚在风光旖旎的西藏林芝，共同迎来了第十二届通信和宽带网络国际会议的隆重召开。西藏大学作为本次大会的主办方，一直致力于面向数智治理领域的高原信息传输和处理基础理论和应用研究。我们希望通过此次大会，进一步加强与国内外高校、科研机构和企业的合作，进一步推动科研成果在西藏地区转化和应用，共同推动网络和信息化技术发展。

During the conference, we have arranged a number of high-level academic reports and thematic discussions, covering 5G technology, the next generation of the Internet, AIoT, artificial intelligence, network security, blockchain technology, and other cutting-edge fields. At the same time, this conference also provides a display of talent and learning exchange opportunities for young scholars and students, aiming to stimulate the innovative thinking of young talents and encourage them to actively engage in the research and development of communication and artificial intelligence technology.
