Introduction 论坛简介:

With the increasing demand for marine resource development, environmental monitoring, and national defense security, traditional marine communication technologies face challenges such as limited coverage, low transmission rates, and interference from complex marine conditions. Integrating satellites, UAVs, shore-based stations, and underwater sensing devices to build a collaborative, full-domain communication system has become a key solution to overcome these bottlenecks. This forum focuses on the efficiency, robustness, and intelligence of marine communication networks, aiming to advance innovations in multimodal communication technologies, high-precision marine information sensing, and intelligent information processing, thereby supporting national strategic needs such as smart ocean initiatives, polar research, and maritime emergency communications.
